Insurance & Payment
We work with most dental insurances and are happy to assist patients with taking advantage of their plan’s available benefits towards services at our office. Insurances are changing all the time and there are thousands of different plans, so we recommend calling our office if you have any questions for our team to better assist you.
For patients without insurance, Pristine Family & Cosmetic Dentistry offers our Smile Club membership plan to help reduce your out-of-pocket expense for dental care.
Additionally, for patients with or without insurance we have financing options.

We ask that you please provide us with your insurance information at least 72 hours prior to your appointment. This allows our team enough time to contact your insurance company to verify benefits (which can often take an hour or more per patient) and, if needed, we’ll have time to contact you before your visit to gather any additional information to complete the verification or relay estimated costs of your appointment.
There are many dental insurance companies and each one has numerous dental plans with different benefits. We welcome all questions you may have and encourage each patient to contact their insurance company or the HR department at their place of employment to learn more about the finer details of their specific plan.
